How many copies can I make?

When you purchase or download a work from ThatNewMusicWebsite.com, you will receive one or more files that collectively contain the work. For some works, the purchaser also purchases the right to make a specified number of copies. These specifications are listed below.
Purchasing and downloading a Score & Parts gives the purchaser the right to reproduce the parts the number of times necessary to give each member or stand of a single performing group their respective parts. Purchasing and downloading a Full Score or Score & Parts also gives the purchaser the right to reproduce the score for purposes of enlargement, individual study, or any other purposes allowed by U.S. Copyright Law.
Single Copy Versions of choral scores are for individual use only. Multiple Copy Versions of choral scores are permitted to be copied based on the quantity purchased. (e.g. If you purchase a quantity of 10 of Eicker’s In Paradisum, you have the right to make 10 copies.) The right to reproduce the number of copies specified above belongs to the purchaser of the music only, not to any other person, institution, group, or entity of any kind.
