Premier: 2007 at Temple University, Klein Recital Hall. This piece was written as a challenge to myself and my saxophonist peers, with rich quartal and quintal harmonies in mind. The first movement of three (ii. Blues, with more jazz-inspired writing and iii. Lullaby, a development of the brief lullaby in the first movement).
